Krasney goes easy in PGY300. If you are not doing well in PGY300 you are not listening to all the lectures thoroughly and/or reviewing enough before the exam. Study more hours. In PGY412, you will see Krasney's ultimate test writing skills. He is not a joke, he is an OG. Pay attention, listen well, and learn.

TOUGH class. there's 5 diff teachers per body system. Too many notes, too little time. lectures video recorded, so u can watch them online, making attending lecture unnecessary. but dont wait to watch them @ last min. STUDY STUDY STUDY. practice exams XTREMELY helpful. STUDY for that final. it killed me. No TA's, no review sessions =(

Krasney is the course coordinator, and also teaches the gastro section. He is not difficult if you just go to class and pay attention. There is a large volume of information, but you cannot simply memorize facts for this class. You must understand how everything in the body interacts. Krasney gives you all the info you need, now study!

theres 6 teachers and its so hard! i read the book, rewatched the lectures, did flash cards, literally studied for this class on avg 2 hrs a day and barely passed. tests are so specific. grading policy is bs, can take 5 tests and final or take 4 tests that are weighed more heavily and final. but if you mess up on one test and you take 5 o well SO

This class for me was one of the pre-requisites to enter the nursing program. Krasney is the course coordinator, of all the professors Malcolm Slaughter and Mary Ann Rokitka were my favorite professors for this class. I agree with the previous post just work hard for this class and you'll get your A.

Read the book before going to class, go to class, rewatch lectures, and memorize his slides. Study a lot for this class for at least a week before the test and you'll be ok. Also, don't pay attention on the 1st day when Krasney says that you need college Bio, Chem, Physics, and Anatomy or you'll fail. You won't, but ANA is good to have before this.

Ugh, if you don't want to study, why are you in school? The class isn't easy, but if you actually GO to class instead of just watching the videos, you can ask questions and Dr. Krasney is really helpful. His lectures are derived from the book so if you pay attention to him and read the book before lecture you'll be golden.

If your a decent student with a background in science, this class isn't nearly as bad as the other posters have made it out to be. I entered the semester afraid for my life. I walked out the final yesterday and checked my answers online... found that I only got 3 wrong out of 100. Kransney's the best Prof in this course. Clear notes, fair tests!

Very tough class unless this is the only class you are taking. 5 diff. professors makes it even worse. They all have a diff. teaching style. The class is NOT curved so if you want an A you have to work your butt off and actually earn an A which is truly difficult. My mom who is a RN said the material was harder than what was on her boards.

The class isn't hard, there is just a lot to know. If you study a lot, you will do well. Krasney is one of the best of the teachers that teach that class. He has organized notes and will answer any questions after class. Lazy professors and will use some of the exact questions of old tests..memorize them all!!

GET READY TO WORK! You need to devote alot of time to this class. Especially with 5 teachers which doesn't help things.Krasney is one of the better professors of the class. His notes are clear (powerpoint) and he is easy to follow. Most people do better on his 2 tests than on the other teachers exams. Study everyday!

you need to work your ass off. end of story. some of the teachers are good, some suck. dont take any test for granted, get old exams if you can, they help alot!! its very easy to fail, however if you work hard..its easy to pass too.

His makeup test policy is false. I missed one for a funeral and he didnt let me make it up however another kid was given a makeup because he had a game the night before and was too tired to make it to the exam. He also spent 2 lectures on renal clearance and didnt put a single one on the renal test or final. He is a jerk.

contrary to what he says, it is possible to pass the class, as long as you work your butt off. get a hold of old tests if you can and study them like your life depends on them. knowledge of physics and anatomy definately help but are not exactly required but good luck without them. and have fun with that final.

there are 5 different teachers and the final is worth a 100 points of your fail grade so basically if you aced the first 5 exams u have a D goin into the final...lectures such...read the book top to bottom and you wont fail...but as people already said most people do fail...good luck

The class is hard and hes right most people DO fail the class but Krasney is still a jerk. He just reads whats on the slides he doesnt really ecplain anything and his no makeup test policy is false cuz he has given people makeups cuz they were sick or something dumb like that. Plays favorites
