Dr. Williams is great! His class is discussion-oriented, so make sure you do the readings. He makes the material so much fun and his conferences are very helpful. STUDY FOR THE TESTS, THOUGH. They are NOT easy.

Comment:

Great guy. Appears to be very serious, but you'll warm up to him. Dry sense of humor,very friendly and helpful. Always tried to exchange at least a few words of conversation with every student as they exited the class. Take advantage of his willingness for conferences about projects-extremely helpful. STUDY FOR TESTS THOUGH, they are thorough.

Don't listen to what others have to say about him. I took his class last summer, and he is more than FAIR. He is willing to help you, but if you goof around and don't participate in the class, he will let you know it. I made an A out of his class, and I'm not even an American born. As long as you pay attention to the class, you'll be fine!

He would turn everything you say around, and his tests are over random, minute facts that no one remembers. When you ask why you received a grade, he just comments that grades are relative. Not very helpful!
