She likes to not just teach math, but explain the whys or the formulas so to give a greater understanding of how we got the formulas we are using. I have never been good at math or understood it, but because of her method of teaching I finally understand it. A great teacher, especially for someone who hatesdoesn't understand math.

great, sweet lady....unbearably boring class. she over explains everything. i mean, every little detail of math is covered, even if everyone in the class is fine with it. It was to the point of torture. but it was an easy A. and shes a wonderful women.

She is the best teacher i have had so far at KU. She is always willing to help, even when you are taking a test she will give you hints if you are stuck. Dont be afraid to go for her for help, she likes it when you do. She makes it very easy to understand. She is so nice, Take her!!!

She is awesome!! i had her for a double class, so from 1-250 i was in her room. She gives you review sheets for the tests and her journal problems are annoying to do but you get lots of points for them, she'll answer any and all of your questions.

Great teacher! Work is easy, sometimes too easy. Some people say that she spends too much time on common sense stuff, but the purpose of the class is to be able to break math down and teach it to elementary school kids. She does a great job of doing that. Take her if you can!
