Doesnt care if you dont care. He expects everyone to fail. Idk why I ended up in his class I knew everything he taught so I doodled in class and he didnt mind. He does like it when you ask questions. Can be helpful when he wants.

Comment:

Very helpful, sincerely cares about how good you do if you try. Too the point and doesn't waste your time. He also keeps the class fresh with frequent breaks after long series of problems and hilarious dialogue about world and local news. Don't be afraid of the beard, he really isn't menacing at all.

I would highly recommend Prof. Roeske for a student who has a solid algebra background but accidentally failed the placement exam. If you don't know much about math, plan to spend extra time meeting with him and in the math center. He isn't reluctant to do extra examples, and usually lets the class go 30 minutes early.

I wish he'd teach all of my Math classes. He seems to really care and is useful in making examples that I can understand. Doesn't make you feel like an idiot when asking questions...like Jackie H. He's an amazing teacher...someone you can relate to.
