I am awful with speaking in front of people, I thought I was really going to be screwed with this class but Campbell made it a breeze. She made us feel right at home in class, always had a great time! She prepared us well before our speeches were due and was a easy on the grading! Would deff recommend her!

Okay, for someone who gets absolutely terrified when having to give a speech, I truly enjoyed this class. Prof Campbell grades very fairly and makes you feel comfortable while giving your speeches. I feel much more confident now after this class, and I recommend her to anyone who has to take public speaking. You won't regret it! :)

What an amazing teacher! Mrs. Campbell is always there to help. She wants you to do well and knows that public speaking can be intimidating. A few quiz's. No tests. Easy grader. And two opportunities for extra credit. Would definitely take a class with her again.

If you need to take public speaking, definitely take Professor Campbell. As someone who absolutely fears speaking in public, I did very well in the class. Professor Campbell understands this class is a requirement, that not everyone is the best at public speaking, and may have some fears & prepares you well for speech days :)

Comment:

Professor Campbell is the sweetest and greatest speech teacher. If you have the opportunity to take her class do it. She teaches you how to set up and give your speeches. She makes sure you do well, and give help and suggestions, and she is funny. I enjoyed her 8:00 am class a lot. Great teacher.

Taking oral com in itself is nerve-wracking, making speeches in front of strangers for some is a total N-O. For me, I never really minded it. Even still, she made the class fun and made you feel super comfortable in front of everyone. Complains a bit often about how long her day is so she doesn't want to be there either which I find to be annoying

Professor Campbell is extraordinary as a professor because she understands that not everyone is all about getting up in front of everyone and delivering a speech. As long as you do the outline and give the speech you will get an 'A'. There are 5-quizzes (online), 4-homework assignments, 2 major speeches and 2 minor speeches. EC is offered once.

Mrs. Campbell rocks! Love her!! She is so easy and light -if you need help she is more than willing to give it. Do the work, read the book -it is so easy. She makes class fun and interesting it was my best class ever, I would take her again. I really disliked public speaking but after Mrs. Campbell I know I can tackle any speech without a problem!

Kind, Easy, and Helpful is what I would say about Mrs. Campbell. Even if you are not good/comfortable speaking infront of people she gives everyone the opportunity to get an A with extra credit and quizzes (which she reviews on powerpoints and e-mails the powerpoints as well)she's an easy speech grader as well.

Great teacher!! she was very easy going but helpful at the same time, she made everyone real comfortable to get up and speak in class. Very nice and understanding. If you miss class and have a valid reason she doesnt count it. I loved her!! Easy assignments and she makes class fun!
