Such an amazing professor. Really cares about the wellbeing of her students. She had been so understanding during the transition to online classes this spring. I looked forward to this class every week. The one thing I would have liked from her was more clear directions for her writing assignments. Wish I had more time to take more of her classes.

Lori is a wonderful woman. Personally I really like her. She is caring and kind. However, as an instructor, I would not recommend her. Her requirements are very low and she has a hard time giving constructive feedback. It may be an easy A, but the trade off is not learning much (sorry, Lori!).

Does not lecture in a linear fashion. Somewhat difficult to follow at times, however she is very knowledgeable in the field of Social Work, and there was an extremely disruptive student in our class that semester. This could explain my personal experience. I look forward to future classes with Lori. She is a wonderful professor.

Solid respectable professor. Easy class, easy grader. Classes that are interesting if you are a normal age college student but no surprises if you are a returning student with a little life under your belt. All around good teacher. She expects you in class and ready to learn not difficult.

This class is easy to pass if you just show up. There's 4 group quizzes and she gives you the questions beforehand. Also the lowest quiz grade is dropped! Lectures are easy to listen too. You'll need your textbook to write your papers, and do well on the quizzes. 3 EASY essays. No surprises! Easy course if you're a social work major.

This online class is made up of 150 points with a 94% being an A. She takes forever to grade assignments and you do not get feedback on any assignments till way too late. Its finals week and theres still 4 assignments that haven't been graded. Shes a nice lady but DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS IF YOU WANT AN A

Best teacher I have ever had. Lorie is compassionate about Social Work and very willing to go the extra mile to help you. Take Lorie whenever possible. She is a great teacher as well as person.
