BBL 2003.She was super sweet and helpful, yet she did count attendance and class participation for a grade. You don't need to read the book as long as you pay attention to her lectures, which do tend to repeat themselves. You only have a final and midterm with two projects and a final paper. In all the class can by super easy, just pay attention.

Very kind, helpful, appears to love what she does. Very good teacher. She does critique during presentations, but not in a condescending way. I gained a very good understanding on how languages evolve. I would take another class w her if it were in my career.

She is a nice professor that has her favorites. She loves to talk, but all you need to do to pass is study her power points, its all there. Beware of presentation, she will interrupt you and critize you for ever. It's an easy A if you can put up with her.

Some advise-dont take her in the morning; she will put you to sleep! You will hear the word phenomenon 20 times a day. Class is easy though; tests are all common sense; I never used the book and made an A.

Uses same examples for all her classes. Has favorites amongst students. Has no concept of real-world apllications to what she teaches. Unfortunately, the bookis all theory and research.You might end up thinking you've learned something, but try and use her info in the real world. Good luck!

EASY CLASS!! Trust me, show up to class most of the time, and you'll receive a good grade. Her tests are practically common sense, so you shouldn't have a problem... honestly, great prof, too, she seemed super nice and understanding

She is such a sweetie!! She cares so much about her students and talks with such a sweet voice! I loved this class! Almost NO homework at all! Class participation will give you brownie points! She notices skippers. Highly recommended!
