Comment:

A real impressive Professor. Great communication skills, great sense of humor, impressive academic credentials incluing a JD fron Duke, tolerance, motivational positive comments to students. All of these combined with a meaningful real world experience makes this professor absolutely unique. I took two classes with him. Best Classes ever.

Prof. Orta is the best professor ever, I took two classes with him. Too bad i couldn't take more. I enjoyed all his lectures, he is funny and very understanding. He would definitely work with you if you have any issues. Bottom line, take his class you will not regret it. :)

Prof. Orta is such a wonderful professor. A lawyer by trade, his real life experiences and exposures really seep into the class. Flat out hilarious and fun to be around, a 4 hour class feels like 30 minutes. PLEASE do yourself a favor and take him at all costs. You won't regret it, trust me. You will learn lots in a easy and fun way! Two thumps up!

Miguel was a breath of fresh air as an instructor!! He actually recognizes that we are working professionals and his demands on students reflect this. He is spot on in his lectures which are indicative of his vast import/export and legal experience and business acumen. On top of this he should be a stand up comedian! He missed his true calling ;)

Orta is AWESOME and a NOLE!! He makes a boring business law class so interesting with his insights. Class consists of a lot of class participation & the sharing of ideas. His test is short answer format but is easy as long as you read the book & take good notes in class. Two exams based on movies which are also short answers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

He is an excellant teacher. He works with his students to make sure you are understanding the info. He is very reasonable and understanding. If you do bad in his class it is b/c you never went and did put forth any effort at all (ZERO). If you at least try he will work with you.
