Paul is extremely helpful if you need it. However, he definitely expects that you respect him and pay attention. Go to his office hours!! If you need help he will walk you through step by step. Also, pay attention in class! It can be quite boring but the modules done in class are exactly the same as homework & exams.

Love Paul! He is willing to help on whatever he can! He really cares about his students. I have learned so much from this class. He says that the tests are hard, but if you do the work and watch the panoptos you will be fine!

Honestly just go to class and go through the modules with him and you'll pass. It's pretty easy once you get a hang of it. Any quizzes on the analytics stuff, you can use the powerpoint he posts. Straight out of the book, and answers any questions.

Amazing teacher! Very knowledgeable and wants you to succeed. Will help out but makes YOU figure out the answer and work for your grade. Not an easy grader but VERY straight forward- no grey areas. Loved the class!

I took the class as a hybrid course and watched the lectures online. It is easy as ling as you do the homework and tutorials. His Sakai course site was very well put together. He is flexible to a point; more so than most other professors that I have had. He defiantly cares about his students and wants them to be well prepared for the future.

Single best class I have taken at Bradley. Very useful and he actually cares about his students. He has regular office hours and I might try to take one of his advanced excel classes because he was so good.

By far my favorite teacher at Bradley. He actually cares about his students and is willing to help. Every week he spends 3 hours in the lab to help with homework which is identical to the excel work in class. Quizzes are easy if you watch the videos.

Online quizzes after every chapter. There are two tests, a midterm and a final. The midterm has essays/SA on it and MC. STUDY HARD FOR THIS. Final has MC and problems that were done in class. It's a pretty boring class, but he tries to make it interesting. He likes when people participate.

Do not expect to get out of this class 1 second early. It could be 3:14 and hes gonna start a whole new example. Basically you will sit in this class bored out of your mind. Otherwise the class is pretty easy. Go in for help and he helps

Great teacher, one of the best at Bradley. Always available for help, via email or during office hours. If you are stuck on a problem he will stick with you until you get the right answer. Attendance is graded, but go to class, its an easy 50 points. Pay attention and take notes, cuz tests are open note and open materials. (no book for this class)

Great guy, horrible class. Does not use textbooks, relying instead upon Blackboard docs and dry Powerpoint lectures. Lack of direction and structure can be great for a class, but not if you have a full course load, extra curricular activities, a job and other responsibilities.

really nice, always willing to grant extensions on easy homework, teaches for even the most basic person. expects you in class and some effort, but not bad at all. if you don't understand something, ask and he helps. always available for email and such. class is decent, he makes it worth taking. i'm taking him for another class next semester.
