He is a really good and nice professor. you can bring your laptop. i have 4 exam in this semester. the first three were open book but the last one was close book. he will cover the grade for each exam. the exam is all multiple choice about the concept and examples in the book, actually most of the questions are concept.

Overall great teacher. Doesn't like when his students are on their phones or falling asleep- but what professor does. He wants you to pay attention and learn the material. Make sure you attend class and the reviews and you'll do well. He's always available if you need him to clarify material or go over a test.

DON"T TAKE HIM! he wouldnt be hard if it wern't for his pointless lectures that have nothing to do with exams. & his exams are VERY poorly written theres always more then 1 right answer even he says so! there r tricky.. you really CNT be late to class or sleep shouts you out for everything! AVOID HIM!!

this guy teaches in good will he has his highs where he can get the class into an great discussion and the lows where half the class was either asleep or not there he has good intentions if you can find the time to talk to him do he is very knowledgeable about marketing I wish I took better advantage of his class

The content isn't that hard; its not rocket science. Class isn't too bad, you can have your computer and he's not a jerk about attendance. However, he is just plain mean in general. I really think someone was mean to him in his lifetime and he takes it out on anyone that simply says hello to him...

This guy is great, one of the best at Rider. Extremely helpful reviews and study guides. The only people who do not show up are the ones who are failing and do not belong in college. Our classroom sucked however, FA 307, stifling hot and no air and the univ would not change it.

Really good professor and class. Easy going, funny at times, knows an amazing amount of stuff. Very fair grader. Course covers a lot but prof moves at a good pace. Tests and projects relate to it. My group worked well together.

One of my best classes at Rider. Prof really knows his stuff and relates it well with experience and personal photos of other cultures. Some tests are open book. Projects are good applications of material learned. Highly recommend this course and prof.

Great class! Prof very knowledgeable and helpful and easy going. 4 tests and 2 relevant group projects spaced out through semester. Some problems working with group. Grading system very fair. Good class discussion. Power points from text not so interesting. Supplemented with profs own photos of different cultures from all over the world.

Love this class. If youre doing bad, you are lazy. He practically outlines EVERYTHING. Take the class if you care about your GPA and are willing to look through the book for a couple of hours the day before an exam.

Dr. Gallay is a insightful professor who will translate his vast wisdom of MKTing as best he can, although it may be difficult for him to relate to the modern student, I recommend taking him if you are a student who can handle doing average amounts of reading and preparation for tests. His study guides are EXTREMELY helpful as are his lectures.

Very good prof. Easy going. Tries to learn student names. Covers material well and reviews text for test questions. Relates life experiences to material covered. Does not go over completed tests in class. Must schedule an office visit to do this, but this way can get personal attention.

He's a wonderful professor. Very thorough and well learnt. His class isn't just a marketing class because you will learn much more. Very good reviews for exams too. Definitely one of the best professors at Rider. Take him!
