He directed my healthcare internship abroad and ran the prep class. He is super nice and just wants to get you ready to go and for things to work smoothly. BYU global healthcare internships are a great idea!

I enjoyed taking Health 330 from Dr. Page. This one of my first introduction classes to the major and it really helped me see where the path of my major will take me. The course itself is not difficult. He lays it out over several quizzes and there was a lot of group projects due toward the end of the semester

He has good content but he is a very boring teacher. Easy class. Take home final. Lots of group projects but they are very easy. If you're looking for an easy class, this is the one. If you're looking for a great learning experience, look somewhere else.

He is so kind. Kind of reminds me of a grandfatherly figure! The material is just kind of boring and some of it is self explanatory. A lot of overlap with HLTh 335. He is so nice though and really cares about his students. Not too difficult.

Dr. Page is a nice guy, but his class was not great. 5 Quizzes make up 65% of the grade, and he asks about the most specific details from his slides. You have to do multiple group projects, and although they take forever, they only make up 4% of your grade each. It also seems like he uses the same material he has been using for about 20 years.

No midterms and lots of group projects. Lots of quizzes. This is class that COULD be great, but its not. It's ALMOST interesting. We disscuss important topics, but professor lacks enthusiasm and passion. Seems easy, but the quizzes are nitpicky and he is unclear as far as what to know. Don't take from him, if you want to feel motivated.

Dr. Page was the greatest! what he expects out of you is clearly laid out. your grade heavily weighs on the quizzes but then you have a take home final. You learn something new every class period! id take it again

Dr. Page is honestly one of the most caring professors he knew everyone's name by the end of the first day. I occasionally run into him on campus and he still remembers me and what my plans are after school. His class is a little disorganized and there are three big group projects so if you don't like either of those then don't take his class.

If you prefer not to be noticed by teachers, don't choose Prof. Page. He has an uncanny ability to remember everyone's names and will notice if you are slacking. However, this is what makes him so good. He truly cares about his students. His class is great too! No tests, just frequent quizzes (study for them!), online readings, and group projects.

what a fun class! I really enjoyed being in Health Promotion with Dr. Page. He's a really great teacher and helps you feel so welcome as a student. He learned my name day one and remembered it all semester long. He's good at lecturing, has great powerpoints that keep you interested, but not too much information. Be there in class and you'll do fine

Dr. Page is amazing. He wants us to learn things that will actually be useful for us. He never sends us to the testing center. There are in-class activities and quizzes but if you study the handouts and powerpoints you'll be fine. There are a lot of group projects that directly relate to health promotion, so that's great. I learned a ton.

Dr. Page is probably the most chill professor ever. The material is always interesting. This last semester, he tried out a new method of testing - he didn't have any exams, just in-class quizzes and lots of group projects. Overall, he's a great professor and you will always walk out of class feeling like you've learned something new.

Prof. Page is super helpful. His class seemed pretty chill. Tons of group projects but they were very low stress. Despite it being an easy A still learned a lot. He is also very easy to talk to and is concerned about the future of his health students in the field. Take this class from him if you can!

Best class. First off, he makes his own textbook which is around $12 which is great because everything in there is what is on the test. A lot of repetition, but for me that worked out great. He gives you OVER a week to take the test and plenty of help. Fun group projects, easy quizzes, and I never felt inadequately prepared for the tests.

lectures are very boring. random info. Tests are VERY difficult. Class average is around a 75. nice thing though is that its open for about 9 days. there is a study guide, but after memorization there are still 20 or 30 questions that arent covered that he hopes you can recall from the lectures. overall pretty simple class with tough tests.

Professor Page is one of the best professors I've had. I learned so much and looked forward to going to every class. The course was not difficult; if you are willing to put in the effort, earning an "A" is very possible. He is a very sincere, intelligent person eager to help students succeed. It was a privelage having Prof Page as a teacher.

Dr. Page is a great teacher. The class is very organized and came straight out of his packet ($10). The tests were over exactly what he discussed in class and straight out of the packet. He gives thorough study guides and really cares about students' success. Awesome prof and class.

Comment:
This class was ridiculously unorganized. We skipped all around in the packet. We probably only ended up using half of it. He wasted so much time having us try to guess really random statistics and I often felt like class activities were at an elementary school level. I don't feel like I learned anything about health promotion.
