Professor Gangemi's Digital Post Prod class was easily my favorite class this semester. Show up to class on time, and hand in your projects when you're supposed to and you'll be fine. She will roast your projects every once in a while, but it's for the best. She's super nice and genuinely cares about her students!

really great professor. films all really interesting, & assignments are based off them, if you skip class its difficult to do the work. most feedback happens in class discussions. 2 papers & a short presentation of your second paper as the final. totally recommend for non-digital film students, not a lot of background necessary. don't buy textbooks

Maria started out very nice, but it later became progressively clear that it is her way or the high way. She out right said that we were all failing because we weren't being very harsh on each other in terms of critiques. She then went on to compliment people who did not do the assignment correctly and yell at those who did. Would not recommend.

She has her opinions about films and even though she asks what you think, if you opinion is conflicting with hers she just disagrees with you. And more often than not the majority of the class disagreed with her. She is very close minded and over analyzes everything. The clas is a joke with her teaching it, waste of time. Not sure how she teaches

is a nice lady but hard to understand. is very easy grader for your short films... digital post production is super easy, you dont even need to use final cut, just transport your files into it, it looks like you did it!

Do your work, go to class. Make an effort to participate and talk to her..she likes that a lot. If you do these things, you'll be fine. If you don't understand something because of her accent or whatever, ask her to explain it again and you'll be fine. She's a great professor, very nice, easy grader if you try!
