Dr. K is the best professor ever. He will go above and beyond to help his students, especially in the industry. Just show him that you're educated and get involved as much as possible. I've had him for about 4 classes and I've Aced each and every one! I absolutely love Dr.K!

He is an amazing guy which fits him into his profession of Hospitality perfectly. He is very easy but because he makes classes fun and helps you with any question you may have. I have had Prof. Koenig many times. He is by far the best prof. you could ever ask for. He is extremely clear and has a passion for what he teaches. He is also the most caring advisor and truly cares about all aspects of his students' lives. He is not only an amazing teacher, but a wonderful man as well. You are lucky to have him for a teacher!!

AWESOME professor! Comitted, Resourceful, Informative, Funny, What more could you ask from a teacher. If your taking ANY hospitality classes, REQUEST to be in this mans class! I had him in distant learning, and didnt even feel like he was 60plus miles away, p.s. loved the winery tour he took us on!!

Professor Koenig is most likely the greatest teacher I have ever had. He is a brilliant force in the hospitality field and truly a great, inspired, and funny man. His classes combine tough real world info made fun by his warm personality.
