He teaches Economics in a way anyone could learn. Extremely experienced, funny, intelligent, and not too difficult. Take him before he retires!

Comment:

Dr. R was an awesome professor for this class. Make sure to show up to class and take notes because the tests are based almost entirely on the notes and no much on the textbook. He gave my class cheat sheets for every test that helped tremendously. Great guy! Oh and there was no homework.

Comment:

Reiber teaches a boring topic well. Grade based on 3 tests and then final plus 2 excel hws. Attendance counts. Exams true to class notes and you get a cheat sheet. Hates tardiness! He has a great dry sense of humor that snaps you back from daydreaming. Need 94+ for A so don't expect an A. Overall fair and effective, would take again!

Comment:

HIs lectures are very good. If you attend the lectures and take decent notes you will easily pass the class. The grade is made up of 3 exams, attendance/participation, and a few homework assignments. He is super chill and attempts to make it a fun atmosphere. No slides or powerpoint, he just takes out his yellow page notebook and writes.

He has us sign a sheet for attendance so it is recorded. He is a really nice man who makes finance interesting. He does allow a crib sheet for exams which is nice. Really recommend and I did not use the textbook.

Really good professor, knows his stuff. Lecture can drag on sometimes but he can be funny. Tests are not too difficult, and are based on his notes so take good notes.

Dr. Reiber is one of the best professors I have ever had. He cares about you as a student and you can always go to him for help. He is funny and informative in class and will only go over what you need to know. The textbook is good to review over for tests and before he starts the next chapter. The notes are essential because they will help you.

Dr. Reiber is the best professor at Canisius. He knows the material so well and is approachable. Grading is fair. Only tests are given. So show up to class and follow along and you will do well. It will be a sad day for the Canisius College Finance department when he retires.

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about Ron, one of the nicest funniest fairest teachers you could have the honor of taking. Hands down best teacher on campus and you'll do great in the class with him!!!!

His handwriting is mess, you have to listen to him talk as he writes to make sure you have everything. Besides that, Reiber is GREAT. One of the absolute nicest professors at Canisius. A humble and fair guy that well surprise you with his unexpected jokes throught the lectures. Tests were all easy except the first, but you can drop one.

Reiber is an easy A but a very enjoyable class. If you like investments = you will love him. Don't get the textbook, you don't need it at all. He teaches you what you need to know and makes it as clear as possible. Go to class = A. 4 exams and a final, drops the low of the 4 exams (?s are just problems straight from the notes). U get a cheat sheet.

One of my favorite teachers. He is very enthusiastic about teaching, and is pretty funny. He teaches you the information in a way you will understand. Attendance is not mandatory. The quizzes come straight from your notes. Very easy A. I would definately recommend you take him

If all business teachers had his enthusiasm, school would be alot more fun! Does not take attendance, but does test entirely on the lecture notes! Tests can get a little tricky, but everyone ends up doing better than they thought. He's genuinely funny guy so you won't have to force a smile!
