Professor Stenberg was my favorite English professor at UNL. In fact, she's one of the best English professors I've ever had. If you do the majority of the readings, participate in most lectures and write decent essays, you will be fine. She gives great feedback on essays, too. Slots fill up fast with her classes, so get on it!

Interesting that everyone says she's easy--true in as far as you don't always have to write traditional papers and she doesn't try to intimidate people for the heck of it. On the other hand, her class really made me think about pedagogy and was one of my most valuable classes at Creighton.

Very easy for ret and comp. Short readings and has a creative writing paper due once a week. Can be about anything. Two easy projects where you revise your earlier work, and a group project at the end of the semester. Very friendly and cares about student
