Class is crazy easy. Would have gotten an A if I hadn't ever gone to class, but attendance is mandatory, so I did... Lots of tests that are pretty much common sense, but some studying necessary (1/2 fill in the blank & 1/2 multiple choice). A few speeches. Doesn't use canvas, so can't check grades or assignments online. Kind & caring lady.

Prof. Pitt's class is so entertaining, probably my favorite class. It's is very interactive, but it's a comfortable atmosphere, which is good for giving speeches. The tests are somewhat challenging, but studying from the textbook really helps. She can be a tough grader, but the class itself is just so fun and full of energy and laughter.

She is a very nice lady but old school. I learned a lot in her class and improved my speaking ability. I would not take her if you are after an easy A. A lot of people worked hard and made C's. The tests are the most difficult. There are listing, fill in the blank, and multiple choice.

Mrs Pit Is a very nice lady ,meanwhile she can be very racist/judge without even knowing but I like her but she gets off subject a bit and talk about her wonderful husband lol. tough grader and she has a hard time on letting us out on time. as you should know her class is across campus and we have 7 mins to get to our class. buts she was ok.

I loved her! However, her class isn't as easy as you might assume. She is a VERY tough grader, and she has high expectations for every speech you give. Her tests are easy enough to pass but MAKE SURE you take notes, that's where she pulls most of her questions from. She is very passionate about public speaking, and always there to help you!

Mrs. Pitt is wonderful. I have a fear of speaking in front of others and she helped me overcome it over the semester. She invites all her students to her home for dinner and its amazing. Also, be ready for her jokes. She has a new one for each class.

I was a sophomore when i took Speech at Harding and Mrs. Pitt is so far my favorite teacher i have ever had. She is genuinely sweet and enjoys making her students laugh. She would tell our class at least one joke during her lecture. She always has a smile on her face. Really a wonderful women.

I loved Mrs.Pitt! She's a very intelligent, energetic, fun woman. She cares about her students and takes the time to get to know you. Tests are strictly memorizing the study guide in which she gives you the answers to. The speeches aren't bad, if you do something wrong she lets you know how to fix it. Great teacher!

One of the best teachers I have ever had. I went into this class hating and dreading speech-making. I did poorly on my first 200 point speech, but after speaking with her about it, she made it clear to me what she wanted and I aced the next one. I loved her and would definately reccommend her.
