Prof Kurland's lectures are long and boring, which is to be expected but it is hard to pay attention to her and follow along as she goes all over the book and jumps around and hardly makes any sense. Better off just reading the chapter on your own and going to the labs. She gets sassy if you email her about being absent, which i didnt like.

-Professor doesnt let you retake exam if you -missed class. Instead you will have to take the final in substitution. -Quizzes are difficult as there is no multiple choice. -Tests answers are fairly the same, while you have to chose the best answer. -Does offer extra credit. -Bias on which student she accepts late assignments from.

Awesome teacher. Don't like being called out for being late? Don't be late. Once in awhile is acceptable but not everyday. She lets class go early after lecture but if you stay and ask for help she is extremely nice and helpful and has even walked entirely through hw/practicals with the remaining students. Extra credit was plentiful as well.

Ms. Kurland was a great teacher! keep in mind, She is very firm about what she expects from students and doesn't care much for excuses but she's not unreasonable. Don't be disruptive or rude, Do the assignments, show up on time each class and study the notes she gives you (not the text book) and you will get an A in her class.

She's a pretty bad teacher. Her lectures are worthless. Study from her exam study guides and you'll do fine. Overall the class was easy, but self-taught. She was rude to a few people that came in late. She contradicted herself in lecture, so it's best not even to listen. I ended up with a 4.0, but I put my time in studying.

Horrible class first of all there were only 10 students in her class. She is EXTREMELY picky! She will call you out in front of the whole class if you come in late or are absent. She is rude! I almost cried a few times. Her lectures are extremly boring. She seems like a very cold-hearted person if you can handle that then go ahead & take the class.

If you want a blow off anatomy class take her... the tests are easy, plus she gives u exactaly what will be on it (sample questions and all) and for the practical u get to use a wordsheet. overall its an easy class (u have to want to learn, if u dont u probably wont learn anything) and her lecures are super boring!

She does everything she can to embarrass her students. She is very unhelpful, and very sarcastic. She's generally and unhappy person, and takes it out on her class.
