Comment:
I wouldn't say that Dr. Wang is the greatest lecturer, but I felt like for the days that I couldn't really pay attention, he did a good job of putting notes online and explaining the material enough in class where you can teach yourself. The exams don't try to surprise you, especially since they're open book, open note. Just don't skip.

Wong is a pretty good professor, his voice is very clear during lecture so it's very easy to follow him.

Lectures are long and boring. He's not good at explaining and has a hard time understanding student questions. Homework and projects take a while to do (especially if you have to teach yourself). Don't take him if you don't absolutely need to.

Very difficult professor. He was very derogatory at times with his students. I will say I learned a lot in class because he was so harsh and strict. At the end I was pleasantly surprised when he was willing to give some points back for some unfair grading he did throughout the course

Dr. Wong was fairly difficult in my opinion. He has an accent which is kind of hard to follow and doesn't understand questions that students ask. USE THE TA- He saved my grade and was extremely helpful because he goes through everything in detail and helps you understand concepts. Wong means well but is just not the right teaching style for me.

While Dr. Wang moves fast, if you don't goof around in class and read the book you'll be fine. You might need help on the projects if you're not proficient in programming (EE majors), but it was an overall easy class.

He seems more worried about covering his own butt about attendance and grading issues that anything else. Class is nothing but reading from powerpoints and not many examples. Not terribly helpful, but the class was pretty easy anyways.

Prof. Wang is surprisingly a really good professor. I was worried at first, but he not bad at all. He teaches the material a good pace, never too fast. Teaches you everything you'll need for hw, tests, and projects. Just go to class and you'll do fine. I made an A. He gives pop quizes just for attendance purposes. They are not graded. Take him!

Dr. Wang is a good professor. As long as you go to class and don't get behind in your understanding of the material (like ANY class) you'll be fine. Others have stated that his accent makes him hard to understand, but I disagree. Also, he is very willing to answer questions. If you don't understand something he says, just ASK HIM FOR CLARIFICATION.

A little bit difficult. He has a good sense of humor and is extremely helpful, but ask you might guess he is a little tough to understand because of the accent. You will get use to it though. The class itself is set up kind of backwards but he is a pretty good teacher. Does not code in class, does require attendance. Gives open book tests.

This guy is scary! As everyone else has said, he yells everything he says, has a thick accent, and sets a ridiculously high bar for what he expects you to know or remember walking into his class. I took calculus my freshman year... it's my senior year now and he expects us to remember everything with no refresher. Lame.

Great teacher, so loud, you cannot fall asleep. He is easy grader, the first month is pretty tough but after that the class is so pitifully easy that if you have the basic idea of how something works you will definitely pass.

This man is nice, but very difficult to understand. He has a horrendously loud, booming voice and a thick Chinese accent that makes you spend more time afraid of him than thinking about what he is teaching. His visual aids on the chalkboard help a lot, but understanding him or the textbook is like trying to solve a semester-long brainteaser.

Most of the brain activity that occurs while sitting in his class is spent undertaking the monumental task of deciphering his English. However, he's willing to work with you to make sure you understand the material despite the language barrier. Take him
