This professor tortures her students with unreasonable grading and does not seem so passionate about her job. Math is a very hard subject for many and instead of effectively encouraging students to excel, she shoots them down expecting them to be mathematicians. WORST experience ever!!

Needs to work on her grading. It's all over the place. Really irritating when aiming for a certain percent.She would claim that if we got bad grades on HW then we would do badly on tests. So why did I get Bs on my tests and quizzes and Ds on my HW sheets? Dont take her if you easily get annoyed over grading styles. Challenging grades wont help :/

This professor is elderly, her English isn't that great, but you can somewhat grasp the concept of her lessons. Very straight-forward and demanding and goes through her lessons in a speedy pace. She does not like to repeat herself after reviewing a section. She can be impatient at times.

She is difficult to understand. She rambles on a lot about unnecessary things. Feels like you have to teach yourself because she just makes you more confused. She does have a sense of humor though which is cool!

No Calculators. No Laptops. If you ask her questions, she gets annoyed and make it look like you're wasting valuable lecture time. She even said a student was "confusing" everyone else when he just wanted to clarify something. If you're 10 secs late to turn in quizzes she won't accept it. Worst instructor I've ever had.

She's a very sweet lady. She is elderly and her English is not always understandable. If you cannot handle an accent, do not take her class. Straight lectures, does how-to's and examples on a chalkboard. If you need to ask her a question, ask before or after class. 3 HW sheets, 2 midterms, 1 final, and counts your 12 best quizzes. She's funny too!

She can't speak English and don't understand her students' questions so she can't answer your questions. When someone asks question, she wait for her other student answering the question. She's very mean also because she usually severily critize her students if they try to questioning her. don't ever make mistake to sign up in her class.

Not only do I, but other students say she is very good. She has a very simple method. I know someone who took her for calculus and pre- calc, and still wants to take her again for more calculus-- I want to also!

Seriously? This woman is still using a chalkboard? On top of using archaic tools to teach her students, she can also barely speak English. Oh, and if you have bad vision, you may want to sit in the front of the class because she writes super small on the chalkboard.

A nice person, but not a good teacher.She is extremely moody, and very rude.However,a decent B can be accomplished if you pay attention to all of the math problems she puts on the board because you'll see them again on the test for sure.

She goes at a nice pace. She breaks it down and practices the problems many times on the board so you will easily learn in class. If have a problem with chalk board just let her know and she'll fix it. I would take her again. I could have gotten an A if I had been able to attend all the lectures. Her notes teach everything on the quizes and tests

easily the worst teacher i have ever had in my life. cant understand anything she is saying which makes even the easy stuff hard to learn.dont know how she got into teaching but obviously the dont test you on your english speaking ability. grades hard doesnt explan stuff well. class is good teacher is horrible

She is a nice teacher, but she is difficult to understand and i have a hard time taking notes because she likes to use the chalkboard. I just failed my first midterm for math in her class because she grades hard and you do not get a chance to get a better grade. Overall i don't like this class she needs to improve her teaching abilities.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!! I took her for math c and she was by far the WORST teacher I've ever had! You can't understand her, she still writes on the chalk board and she finds a way to make easy material sound so hard. Even if you are good at math, don't waist your time with her! She's BORING! You will have a quiz almost everyday of class.

I have this teacher now and I think that she's nice,she teaches very well,may get lost at times but a decent teacher compare to Rick Hobbs.I completely failed his class,but passing in hers.in my opinion,her lectures are well taught,let's students participate in problems.I don't have any problems.depends on the person taking her class,but I think she's easy.im considering taking her math c class.I get bored,but I still learn.if u want to pass,pay attention,write down lectures and study.

not teacher material. grades hard/inconsistant & she marked my friend wrong on hw & right on mine when our answers were the same. i do well in math usually but when i asked her about a prob on hw that i got wrong, she didn't answer me properly & instead she said i should reconsider being in that class. how i can learn when she won't teach properly.
