She's is such a sweet lady who has a lot of wisdom to share. She doesn't force you to participate if you don't feel comfortable and she understands that religion is not everyones priority class.

Comment:

I really, really enjoyed her class. She is so easy to listen to and her class is super easy as well. She is constantly giving you extra credit opportunities, and she wants you to succeed. There wasn't a lot of homework and it was a take home final so it was a breeze. I am taking another one of her classes. So I recommend her.

I took her for Modern Belief and Protestantism. Modern belief has two reflection papers, one 6 page paper and a final. Protestantism has one reflection paper, one 6 page paper, midterm, and a final. Both are take home finals. Not a hard class but grading wise, expect a B+, unless she loves your papers.

Comment:

One of my favorite professors, she is well educated, open minded, and lets you express your own beliefs. She works hard to be politically correct and doesn't want offend anyone or there personal beliefs. I learned a lot in her class. She's not very difficult either.

first day I walked into class and saw a woman with a coat and collar. i thought what the .. is this a woman priest? then she said she was a presbyterian minister. i was like "OK this is a Catholic college. Why arent we learning Catholicism? easy class but very liberal religiously. she hates exclusive language. sorry lady but thats how the bible is

Great choice for modern belief. Allows people to explore their own belief systems. Expectations are not difficult but they are definitely expected. Don't try to blow off this course, she'll call you on it!

She is a lovely woman who is very understanding and for a Reverend she is VERY OPEN. Good class. The paper you write is easy too, even if it is long.
