Worst teacher I have ever had at ECU. She is not helpful, does not give good feedback and is a tough grader. I would recommend taking a different teacher.

How does she has a good review overall? Extremely tough grader. She incorrectly graded multiple assignments of mine, all within 24 hours. Although she corrected her mistakes I am left thinking where else she messed up. Exams are difficult, even with the study guides. Wont respond to emails. Not helpful. Not an easy class and she is no help at all.

I took this as an online class thinking it wouldn't be too difficult considering I've taken multiple other 3000 level psych classes online. I was wrong. Her tests aren't easy even if you do the study guide. She's a tough grader & doesn't tell you why she deducts points. She doesn't respond to emails or answer questions. Not a great experience.

Dr. Lyndon's lectures are easy to follow, which makes taking notes simple. Tests are a little difficult, even with the study guide. Only four tests, and one paper, so not many grades but gives 20 points of extra credit if you do an extra paper and attend seminars.

I LOVED Dr. Lyndon, she was awesome. She was entertaining and her tests come straight from the powerpoint. I used the book as a reinforcer but I don't think it was necessary. As long as you study you're guaranteed an A

Dr. Lyndon is not a clear teacher. She is one of those teachers who knows what she wants and that is what she wants. She promised me a position only to give it to a better candidate. She is wishy-washy and not as nice as she comes off to be. Do not take her for research method, that class was a headache.

I came into the class hoping to get a B,and did better than expected! If you don't go to class, make sure you read the book. She goes into a lot of detail in class, so it helps to attend. She doesn't mind helping and is very approachable. If you have to take this class try to get her!

She is a great teacher who loves to help in any way she can. She does take random attendence but if you want to get an A in the class then going to every class is best. She makes her tests from her her power points and what she adds in class. She gives great examples and makes this class enjoyable. If you have to take this class take Dr. Lyndon!

Very interesting class. She really knows the material and can relay it with ease and clarity. Although it helps to read the book, her lectures are on point. Her test are straight forward, and represent the material covered in class.

She's a very nice, easy to understand professor. She doesn't rush through material which is so nice. Her tests are straight from the in-class lectures, there are no surprises. Great professor, would take her again in a heartbeat.

Very nice lady who wants you to do well. She will do whatever she can to help you make the grade you want, as long as you put in the effort. 4 test, one paper (but its easy) & random attendance. Test aren't too bad if you study. Class is usually pretty boring though, but that's the only negative.

Great professor! Gives real life examples so that you understand and can apply the material. All tests have study guides which cover all the material on the test. Book is "required," but I have hardly used it this semester. Attendance is given at random. Extra credit paper available to raise grade.

Dr. Lyndon is one of the best professors at ECU. Attendence is not mandatory, but it is random and you get extra credit for showing up when she takes attentence. The class is very interesting. She gives out plenty of extra credit no excuse for you not to come out of the class with anyhting lower than a B. The test are easy she gives a study guide.

Still the best choice for experimental psychology. Others who teach this course take it much too seriously. Lyndon makes it easy. I failed this class with another prof, who was very demonding and critized my writing all the time. Dr. Lydon was cool, never gave me a hard time, even when I didn't come to class.

Take her and attend her class. It's interesting and you won't mind going. She makes the material relatable to young people. She's really nice and helpful. Just print her PPT slides before class and jot notes down on them. Don't remember using the book much. Maybe my favorite professor in 2 1/2 years.

i took this class spring 06. Lyndon is a great person... and she was awesome in social psych... but I don't think experimental is in her ball park. She knows a lot, but she doesn't stay on topic, and her study guides were vague. I think she may have had a bad semester, because she wasn't on point like she was for social psych.

She doesn't really know enough to teach. She pushes issues that are important to her. I probably would have enjoyed the class if it had been taught by somone who knew their stuff.
