Comment:
Dr Colder has a cold sense of humor, and knows his stuff well. He is structured in teaching, shows videos in class, has concise slides, but it's necessary to study the text for exams as well. Exam-heavy module. He does not curve his exams, so study hard. PS: He is more friendly than he looks.

Took psychological stats with Dr. Colder recently. Material is difficult and is not the most exciting, but Dr. Colder presents it in a very clear manner. Like I said the class is based upon statistics so you cannot expect too much interesting stuff. But ra's are more then willing to help, and Dr. Colder will clarify any questions in class.

If you have to take Stats, PLEASE dont take Colder. He is very boring and conceptual. His exams are not calculations. Dr. Luce is a better choice

Hated this class. I hate math, and this guy does not make it all the more clear. I thought he was pretty intimidating and couldnt be bothered with people who couldnt understand the material. Dont take Stats with this guy. Perhaps his name is symbolic.

What a horrible and dreadfully boring class. The material is not difficult, it is just painful to sit through a lecture in which it takes the professor more than an hour to get to the point. I would not recommend this professor to anyone!

Prof Colder is a conceptual person. His exams wont be all math problems. Most questions are concepts and showing in class really helps you understand the materials. He's easy to follow, and likes to repeat the important stuff for the exams.
