Really good guy. Didn't give exams, just quizzes that were very manageable but also came away with great knowledge of the subject matter. Lectures were interesting and he is a clear speaker. Homeworks were tough but helped a ton. Great professor

The class is great, so is Hill. Instead of quizzes like in CE 360, he gives 2 or 3 exams, surprisingly easy! They follow the notes and they're not hard. His homeworks are more like computer work though, and take a little time, so just don't wait until the last minute. Awesome class though, you learn a lot

Comment:

Amazing teacher and friend. He honestly wants his students to learn and will do anything so you do. He genuinely cares about you too, which is rare. Make sure you go to class, his notes are necessary. If you can do the homework, you'll do well on his quizzes, just make sure you understand the concepts too.

He is a very good teacher and sticks closely to the notes for tests. Homeworks can be a bit confusing but he'll always help if you go to office hours.

Nice guy, and knows his stuff. It's a graduate level class and requires some work, but it wasn't the worst class ever. You'll def. learn a lot. Hill isn't a bad guy.

He doesn't interact with the class very often and did not give a good idea of what to expect on the exams. The homeworks are pretty hard and there are few practical examples in class.

For 360 he was ok, but be prepared for the final. It should be similar to the pract test he gives you. For 362, he's just mean. The first test is based on the notes & hw, the second test is mostly confined aquifers, the third one is a math 251 test... in other words, the last two are very unfair.
