I got the opporuntity to "fire" this professor and he broke down in tears during our mock. It was awesome! He is an easy grader, but his test are somewhat harder than I expected and I was extremely disappointed with myself for having only received a B+

TAKE HIS CLASS! Not only the best teacher ever, he cares about his students and is like a father figure to everyone. He'll give you packets every class, just memorize them for the tests and you'll be fine. Honestly, don't take mgmt with anyone else but Don, he's a BAMF to sum it all up.

I am a finance major and decided to take this guy for HR just because I have heard great things about him. Great class - reading is boring but his lectures are interesting. He is one of the nicest profs I have had - always willing to help, curves, lets us out early sometimes, etc.

This guy is one of the nicest, friendliest, most helpful people I have ever met, and certainly one of- if not the- best professors on campus. I highly recommend this class to ANYONE- the skills taught have wide applications not just to business but to life as well. Just make sure you copy his notes.

His management of organizations class is super easy! The readings aren't even necessary. Plus, he's the nicest teacher I've met on campus. If you put a little effort into studying for tests, you can definitely make an A. I heard students learn a lot more from the other Mgmt teacher however.
