Nice professor and extremely interesting class. 4 mandatory oral book reports- your choice of book, weekly reading quizzes, and a few assignments. Overall a great class and awesome guy. I would recommend.

Father Lisson was totally freaking awesome! I loved going to his class, hearing his lectures and even tales of his old days. He was pretty helpful, and the book reports were incredibly easy so there's not fuss with that. However, he did tend to ramble on and on sometimes. but it was worth it. Easy A if you like the class. :-)

Father Lisson is one of my favorite teachers at SLU. He is old and inappropriate, but that's part of what makes his class great. There are weekly quizzes, but they're all pretty easy. The only bad thing was how immature my classmates were, snickering amongst themselves anytime Fr. Lisson slipped on words or got someone's name wrong. Poor guy.

He is a phenomenal teacher and I thoroughly enjoyed his class. He required a journal documenting 7 hours of work for the class per week, but the work could be watching movies, reading books, or anything related to the class. GREAT Professor.

Lisson is a crazy old man. (If you can put up with the ridiculous things he says everyday.) It is an easy grade if you do the 4 oral book reports and weekly quizzes. No midterm and no final.

Great class, do not disrupt him in class, he has kicked kids out, def. has favorites especially if you talk, only bookreports where you talk to him, and weekly quizes over easy readings, sometimes they can be tricky, not final, no midterm, need to go to class, the books are bad and you can choose

LOVE Fr. Lisson! The class is a breeze as long as you read these four easy books and then the "reports" are going to him and talking about it for five minutes. ~one homework assignment per week other than that, and there are no tests to worry about, just pretty easy quizzes. He does get his words messed up, but his goal is just to make you think!

Amazing teacher. You have to read 4 books to get an A. Quizzes every week but they are directly from reading. He is such a sweet man.

Easy if you keep up with reading. Book reports stink if you have other work to do, yet he is fair. A bit goofy.

3 book reports suck if you have a heavy course load. No tests, just quizzes.

Basic Medical Ethics class. It is a great Class and is an easy way to get your credits. Everyone gets a "C" unless they do extra work such as book reports. Quizes weekly, no final.
