Weekly night class, he is the only professor that teaches this course, so no choice. BUT this class was great! just skim the chapter so you know what he talks about. Goes only over cases at the end of the chapter in class. 50 t/f question on the exams and only 3exams. class is over after an hour or so depending on class discussion. Great professor.

This is like an elementary class compared to my other classes. You don't have to go to get a good grade, but the lessons are interesting. He just talks. Current news is discussed. Simple stuff, could get 100 on everything if I cared. With no studying everyone is easily getting 90s. Take him for and easy A.

Going to class is not mandatory even though he has a role sheet. I found it better to just not go and read the book on my own. In class all he does is talk, no notes, no powerpoints, nothing. So to me attending is useless. I still made good grades in the class without attending. Easy class I would say

Very nice professor, knows what he's talking about, works for the Baltimore County State's Attorney. Employment Law definitely seemed boring at first, but the discussions on the cases were interesting. We had 3 exams, all 50 questions, true/false. Wound up getting a B.

Employment law was actually very fun, and interesting to learn about the varied protections our country offers its employed! Mr. Meyers made the looong chapters bearable, but only goes over cases in class. I really didn't like the True/False test, but there only 3, so read, read, read and you'll be fine. I got a B+, but should have studied more!

I wasn't sure how to feel about White Collar Crime when I started the class- but I began to love it when Mr.Meyers taught it. He knows what he's talking about since he works in the court system! He does not require the book, only gives about 1 test, and gives a great detailed review! Take him, I got an A+!

Employment Law- going into this class I thought it was going to be easy, there is alot of reading involved. Chapters are soooo long, does not even go over material in class, just reads over EVERY case, but doesn give out an outline for exam. 50 T/f questions is the exam. Discussions are fun, interesting cases in the textbook, cool guy, laid back

Awesome professor. I think I learned more in his class than any other teather I took at Towson. He has insightful conversation with the class that engages everyone in the topic and coversation while also being pretty funny. Class is easy A if you show up and pay attention eventhough atendence is not mandatory. Towson needs more profs like him!

Excellent Class. Very funny guy and very laid back teaching style. Got the class engaged in thoughtful conversations but always stayed on track. Some of the material might be a little difficult if you don't have a background or aren't interested in employment law, but the 2 T/F tests aren't too bad and final is optional. Overall great experience!

Comment:

Prof. Meyer is not that bad. He is an easy B if you study for the three tests. You dont have to even attend class if you want to but I recomend you go often. Sometimes he appears to be ****, there is no doubt he was on halloween. I still recomend him because he knows what he is talking about and has field experience as a state prosecutor.
