MR. KNIGHT WAS A VERY GOOD TEACHER. DOESN'T USE THE TEXTBOOK AT ALL! DON'T REALLY HAVE TO COME TO LAB BUT HE WILL HAVE SOME LAB LESSONS ON THE TEST. ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP. BREAKS MATERIAL DOWN, MAKES IT VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND..

Great guy but not real good at explaining how an answer is achieved. Tests are unpredictable. There will almost always be something on them that has not been covered. No need for a book. Very willing to help you one on one if you don't understand. COME TO CLASS. It is essential.

While Mr. Knight is certainly a likeable person, his instruction could use a little help. It is uncertain if it is the simplicity of the subject or his ability to teach, but he often will repeat a lesson over the course of weeks. You will spend 4 weeks in 2 chapters. He does aim to help, however, as he waits every day after class for questions.

MR.KNIGHT WAS VERY GOOD.I TOOK HIM FALL OF 04, AND HE WAS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT HAS TO TAKE THIS CLASS. I EVEN TRIED VERY-VERY HARD TO GET HIM TO TEACH PHYSICS, BUT HIS 7 YEAR OLD GRAND-DAUGHTER WOULDN'T ALLOW HIM. NOR WOULD HIS WIFE. DOES NOT MIND HELPING YOU TO UNDERSTAND.

He is a retired Chemical Engineer and is SO knowledgable about chemistry & physics, but breaks it down. I suck at science and I made an A in his class. That was Spring 02 though & I haven't seem him lately - don't know if he still teaches.
