I took his online digital photography class to satisfy an elective course; a huge mistake. The teacher is unclear with his instructions from the get go, has no idea how to use blackboard online, making his online class a jumbled mess. He also disappears for weeks on end and will grade you based on his opinion and offer no constructive criticism.

He is a nice man, easy to get along with. And you will learn about photog. in his class. However, his assignments are time consuming and his lesson plan is often confusing. You will throw your hands up in despair trying to make sense of some of his assignments and learning modules. Overall he is fair in his grading and you will learn alot.

THIS TEACHER IS SO FUNNY IN A SUBTLE WAY. HIS CLASSES ARE VERY FUN AND THE ASSIGNMENTS ARE EVEN BETTER. HIS SHORT LECTURES ARE VERY INTERESTING. DEF TAKE HIM

I don't recommend him as an online teacher if you are really in need of hearing feedback right away on your work. He disappeared for weeks or days at a time and did not post anything for a while. His assignments were EXTREMELY scatterbrained as far as what he wanted you to do each week. Probably better online than in person, though.

First off do not buy the book you won't need it. SAVE YOUR CASH! This is a class based upon skill and your ability to do things his way not yours. You'll find yourself scratching your head many times about what to do because he isn't crystal clear about what your supposed to be doing. Criticizes your work based upon his own skill not your own.

Beware! This teacher will make you buy an $80 book and never use it...I mean NEVER use it.Extremely unclear in his teaching styles. Dead ringer for Ben Stein! Do yourself a favor avoid if possible! You have been warned!!!
