Formerly Ansel Adams' assistant, John knows his stuff, but won't waste his time on you unless you seek him out. Otherwise, he seems like a burnt out hippie who doesn't care. He gives you enough rope to hang yourself- don't show up- who cares? But act interested, ask questions and you'll get amazing stories and advice

Talks about liquor and whiskey a lot, cusses A LOT when mad. Was only late for class once. Decent grader, projects are a little hard to understand at first, but he's okay at helping make it understandable. Very easy going with turning in projects, there weren't many deadlines besides at the end of the quarter.
