I'll start off by saying he was a very nice man, however please save yourself the time & energy. Class started with 40 people, after the first day there was about 20 of us left, by October maybe 7 people, thats when I stopped going. Never thought id get excited to get a 50% on a test rather than the usual 20% I was receiving. Put in WORK & get a D-

Not a great teacher at all. He basically reads from the textbook and teaches on the fly. He is extremely hard to understand because his accent is so heavy. The amount of homework he assigns every night is insane. Stay Away from this dude

Comment:

Only class I've ever failed. I never missed a single class and did hours upon hours of homework and still couldn't keep up. This class started with over 30 students and ended with only 5 (including myself), which I'm sure only 2 or 3 passed. Retook this class with a different professor and passed with an A+.

Comment:

Never had trouble with math before his class. By the time I decided to drop his course, he had four students left. He gets annoyed when people ask questions and answers to those questions are very condescending. Homework heavy (but doesn't grade/collect HW until the last day) and tests are long.

His Accent is strong but I am still able to understand him. Gives too much HW, and requires you to show all of your work even if you can do it in your head. Got a problem wrong even though I got the right answer just because I didn't show my work correctly. I recommend taking this class if you are not taking any other classes or have a job.

Mr. Lee is probably the worst instructor I have ever had. He is hard to understand, when asking questions about the material he is teaching he gets aggravated, and he will not work with you if you need a little extra help on a certain section.

He's hard to understand at first. You get used to it, it gets easier. Mr. Lee teaches Fast Track courses, so the workload being huge in a short amount of time is to be expected. Every question I've asked has been answered clearly. He doesn't like to dwell on what you should already know this far into math because it's such a fast course.

If math is easy for you to understand then you should take him. But, if math is not an easy subject for you then I don't recommend taking him. He talks fast, he doesn't explain well, and his tests are difficult. And he only gives 5 points for all the homework you do at the end of the semester.

Math was my favorite subject, he made me hate it!! >:[ He gives soooo much HW(about 30-40 problems PER SECTION!!) and its only worth 5% of grade!! No test reviews. He doesnt give enough time to complete tests and they are HARD! Take him only IF YOU DONT WORK or IF YOU DONT HAVE A LIFE! You will need to spend many hours teaching yourself! BEWARE

Professor Lee was very helpful! He would go above and beyond to help you if you needed it. Emails were addressed promptly. The courses he was teaching were Fast-Tract and therefore a lot of content in a short period of time. He is a good Professor!

I have to disagree with the negative comments, for one thing you have to remember it is a fast track class, but i think he is extremely helpful. My suggestion would be to use blackboard i think its helping out alot. There is a ton of homework, but the extra practice cant hurt any.I plan on enrolling in his Math 60 class.
