Comment:

I took her class for summer semester as a telecourse. She encouraged us to call her cell phone with any questions we might have. I called her several times and she always took the time to help me. She even took our calls during her vacation to Florida. I thought she was an excellent teacher who is very devoted to helping her students do well.

Comment:

Hastings is a really popular teacher. She makes you work a lot and do several drafts, which is good, but it takes her forever to grade them, so you have to wait like +2 weeks before getting back your paper and seeing what needs to be done next. Mainly good teacher, but must have a lot of patience and be prepared to write A LOT!

Very tough teacher. She grades on your ability not what you do. Learned more in her one class than all other classes combined. Plus she is cute. I want to make babies with her. Kinda looks like Charlzie Theron.

I sucked at writing till I took this Eng class. She's very fair and she works with the students to remain so. In addition to her quality as a teacher, she is also quite attractive. You shouldn't have problems falling asleep here ;)
