Señor Budz is a very caring instructor who is supportive and encouraging and understanding about learning a new language. His homework grading and feedback is very helpful in learning Spanish effectively. He has an amazing amount of energy when teaching and is fun to be in class with. I highly recommend him in teaching Spanish.

He's the man. I've had him for two terms of 8:00 am classes and he has never once been in a poor mood. Always very enthusiastic and engaging. He's also very understanding and lenient.

Doesn't have office hours, doesn't answer questions during his lectures(because it distracts him), tells you not to talk to other Spanish teachers. Pretty much tells you not to even bother trying to get ahold of him to answer any questions you may have. Skips around like crazy in the book during class. WILL NOT take again. Very poor teaching style.

The best Spanish instructor I have ever had. He is funny, prepares you very well for the tests, and truly wants every student to succeed. The only way a student will not pass his class is if they do not attend or doesn't apply themselves. You won't regret taking his class!

Devon is one of the awesome teacher I have had in the passed 3 years at Lane. He is very helpful in any situation that comes along. He helps the students that are not understanding or confused on things. I'm really sad that I won't be able to have him as my teacher next term for 102.

Seriously, Devon is awesome. He is super nice and helpful, and I don't think one class has passed without him making everyone laugh. He's a really great teacher, I'm beyond bummed he won't be my teacher for 102, and scared that nobody else will live up to the experience he has provided. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Devon is great! I really like his teaching style. He takes the time to explain things that may be confusing to students. He is really goofy and funny. He makes class fun. The online homework from MH Centro isn't due every day in class. He only checks twice a term!I loved taking this class with him! I highly recommend.

I had a crazy teacher so I dropped her class and joined Devon's and it was like night and day. He is one of the best Spanish teachers I have had, and that is so important in finding the right teacher, because Spanish can get tough sometimes. Very laid back and very helpful with everything.
