Very lengthy readings which had nothing to do with the class. Needed a lot more in-class time for service site projects with our teams. 5 reflection papers were assigned and graded terribly for someone who has been writing for 5+ years. Very nice lady but needs to change curriculum for next semester and focus on community service site!!!!

Prof. Donahue is very scattered. She picks favorites and then disrespects those who she decides not to like. If you are taking this instead of a foreign language, just take the language. Tons of outside work, great community experience. I would have really liked service work, just not with her.

Well I am taking Critical Communications for my MBA program with her and Costigan. This class is a mess--a communications class and they don't even have it up on Blackboard. I think they are charging us tuition to be their research subjects. The class revolves around LGD, facilitation and speeches. I can think of a lot of other comm. topics I need.

Well it's a big class so I think she gets a little overwhelmed. Sometimes my classmates are hard on her, but I really think she tries her best. Really quiet, kindof monotone... hard to pay attention some times. I think her problem is that the class (topic/material) sucks more than she does so she kinda gets a bad rep.
