I didn't like this teacher at first, she is very bossy and controlling. But I learned a lot in her class, she was helpful when I talked to her and taking the class gave me an appreciation for chemistry.

Very Good Teacher! I took Intro to Chem and She really helped me out. All you have to do is show interest and she will def look out for you. Anything she teaches in class, will be on the quiz-no surprises. Make sure you come to class prepared, She will call you out. She can be intimidating but overall great teacher!

She forgets sometimes to add the points together on your midterm or any quiz sometimes you are right and she says you are not you do research and show it to her and still she does not admit that she was wrong. With her accent and style of teaching you are confused a lot of times. Overall disappointed.

Wasnt looking forward to Chem at all. It took a couple weeks to get used to Prof. Kogans style but if you listen to her and make an effort to learn how she teaches, the class is enjoyable & becomes fairly easy (as long as you do your work). I actually wouldn't mind taking more chem if they were all with Kogan. one of the best prof ive ever had!

for an intro class to chemistry, i highly recommend her. she breaks down the subject very clearly even with her accent. however, i have to admit she is sometimes impatient, but she's still a good teacher. just write down her notes and skim the book once in a while and you'll do fine.

Prof Kogan is one of the best I have ever had. She makes the subject extremely interesting. She even brings snacks and water to the exams for her students and she remembers everyone's name. You will spend most of the class laughing and learning. I wish all professors were like her!

I hated chemistry all my life and was never interesed in taking it. I walked in with my friend to see how is it and ever since the first day I attened her class till now I love Chem. She knows how to teach and makes sure everyone understands the matrial well. GREAT teacher, makes the class VERY interesting, FUN. DONT think just take take her.:D

This professor makes me laugh so hard. Its hard to keep a straight face. Shes not bad at all. One thing is for sure.. dont come late or she wont let you in. Thats all that she asks for. She might seem scary at first but shes alright.

Dr Kolgan is a terrific prof., she is very enthusiastic, personable, fun and always available to assist her students in every way possible. Highly recommended. Her tests are very straight forward, you need to come to every class..and be ON TIME.

She's fun & exciting. It's easy to tell that she loves teaching and Chemistry. She's tough & demanding on her students, but not more than any should ask. Punctuality, attendance & respect.
