Dr. Owens is awesome! She was a great professor. I graduated several years ago and still remember her. She was, by far, the best professor I had during my undergraduate years. She is easy to understand and cares about her students.

WOW! If you can take a class from her do it! She breaks things down and is compassionate. The best thing that happened to me was being her teaching assistant. I learned more math and more about teaching in that one semester than my entire year in teaching college!

She was a horrible teacher. She was rude and my entire class felt the same way. She was supposed to be teaching us how to teach math, yet she wasn't any good at it. The class itself is very easy, the hard part is standing her!

If you liked preschool you will love Dr. Owens. She will give you prizes on Valentines day, she will dress in green on St. Patrick's day. One thing that she dosen't give you is knowledge. She patty cakes her way around topics with no rigor at all.

Very intelligent woman. The class was hard and she expects your very best. She can be a hard grader at times but she does not ask unreasonable things from students. Keep up with the homework! The textbook was $12!!!!

By far the best overall teacher I have ever had. She has a way of making sure nobody is drowned and even when teaching very difficult stuff. Too bad she is the dept chair and only gets to teach one class a semester. Take her if at all possible.
