Comment:
Professor Keppler's class is very challenging. You have to work hard for a good grade by reading, attending class, and studying hard. He tries his best to make sure everyone succeeds but you have to put in the effort. I studied for about 2 weeks before each test and averaged B's. Great class, but very challenging! Go to class it helps a lot!

Worse instructor I have had. His tests are very difficult. I honestly believe he enjoys making students stress. He states that he wants us to be at a minimum "C" students, however, regardless of how hard you study, and how much time you put in his class, it is merely impossible to pass. I'd recommend visiting an academic counselor for other courses

The class is crazy hard, but its possible. Pay extra attention to the wording of questions on the quizzes and exams. The class is a lot of work, but its the class I've learned the most in and have actually liked. He's a good professor and keeps the class interesting, and although it may not seem like it at the moment he does want the best for you.

A. Prepare to study hard! B. When studying, make an outline of all his PPT and his side notes. Then make flashcards to test yourself. C. Do study together in a group D. Follow his how to get an A exactly as it says. Overall, I still got a C because I didn't take the first two exam serious.

Keppler is a great guy, and just expects the best out of you. Go to class, take good notes, and read the chapters. You'll be fine if you put the work in. Class is interesting. He has a lot of knowledge in the subject, and will give good life advice.

Yes, he is tough. Yes, he pushes you to work hard. Yes, he actually cares about your education and teaching you the things you are there to learn. I mean isn't learning the point of all of this anyway? Some people are too intimidated by him to ask for help but he is always willing to do so. He inspired me to work harder and push myself.

Taking this course in my last semester was a slap in the face. DO NOT go into this class thinking you can skate by with minimal effort. Follow his "Getting an A" layout to a tee if you want an A. Must put in hours and hours of studying to get the grade you want. Watch the weasel words on exams like "always, never, etc". Get ready to work!

Tough grader. Provides feedback and insults but no suggestions on how to improve. I read all of the chapters and took my own notes. I also took notes in class but I still failed the tests. Make sure you don't get stuck with a bad group for the case studies. He starts everyone off with a C and takes away points it he doesn't like it. Do not take!

This class was one of the most difficult courses I have ever had, but all said and done, Mark Keppler is one of few professors who actually challenges his students to perform at level that rewards hard work. If you are proactive and determined, passing should not be an issue.

Keppler set high standards for his students. His lectures are very interesting, provides real life scenarios.I struggled throughout the semester trying to figure him out and the material to learn. Advice, read your book, take good notes, record lectures, and look for other sources to study online. look for previous book ed. ppt. good luck

I've only been in the class for 4 weeks and I can't stand the guy. He talks crap on the Craig School and us students. If he was such a hot-shot lawyer in NY why is he at Fresno State? He needs to stop treating us like we are nothing compared to him...

DO NOT TAKE! I really wish someone had posted that on here. Unless you NEED this class to graduate I DO NOT recommend! I've never worked harder for a class and still did not pass. I never missed a class, read each chapter twice and studied like crazy. Really though, DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!

Keppler holds interesting lectures and maintains real life knowledge of the subject. However, only take this class if you don't care about your grade. I worked my ass off for this class only to ruin my last semester at state. Oh, and he waits until the last minute to post grades too, so have fun with that when you think you're done..thanks kepp!

Great professor! You will learn a lot from him, but he expects you to actually do work in class (big shock for most students). If you attend class, pay attention, don't sleep, and genuinely dare to ask a question you will earn an A in this class. The exams are NOT as hard as people make you believe...
