McFadden is such a lovely lady, definitely loves teaching. If you do what is asked, the lowest grade you will receive is a B, but you can always rewrite a paper to recieve a higher grade. She def. wants you to do well. She takes attendance, class is boring, but if u do her assignments, def an easy A,A-.

She is such a sweet lady and she is very easy. Only 3-4 papers that were a 2-3 pages long, and the midterm and final were so easy. Her reading assignments you don't even have to do because she just explains about them in class and doesn't ask you questions about it. The bad part is that the class is so boring! take her!

Class can be somewhat boring at times, but this class is incredibly easy. About 5-7 essays, midterm, and final which she grades very easy - usually does not give lower than a B+ on too many assignments no matter how bad you do them. Take her.

She's incredible... the best english teacher I've ever had. If you like creative writing, definitely take her. She loves it when her students are creative, and if you choose to do the creative writing, her papers are so much fun. You can do anything with them and go anywhere. I cursed in every one of my papers and I got an A on all of them.

I don't know how everyone does not get an A in this class, but some people actually don't. She is the best bet for english classes, and to get an A you just have to complete the assignments which are easy...You can take all papers to her for proofreading and you'll get an A if you make her suggested changes...Good professor

Dr. McFadden is one of my favorite professors! She is so incredibly sweet, and really, really cares about her students. Her class can be rediculously boring, but she grades papers pretty easily. She just wants to see in your papers that you're thinking. Take her if you have the chance!

Probably one of the nicest teachers I've ever had in my life. She's very in to what she does, however you'll definitely find yourself dozing off in class because it's a lot of rambling about irrelevent stuff. If you have ANY trouble in this class (besides staying awake), you don't belong in college.

very nice lady, boring class, tho i enjoyed some of them. if you care about getting good grades, take mcfadd. she grades on 5 short papers and a midterm and a final, all of which are EASY. dont expect less than an A- unless your papers are disorganized.

Adorable, sweet woman. Not such a hot teacher. 5 papers for whole semester plus one paper each at the midterm and final. But the class times are tedious beyond belief. She also has a strange contadictory grading style, but is usually easy.
