first of all, majority of you who have rated mirtha with a high grade have only had her for foundations of management. foundations of management....really? that is a freshmen level course, obviously she is going to "fair." try having her for 3000 or 4000 level courses. she is quite different, and very unfair.

The class lacks direction and clarity, a waste of time. I often leave feeling frustrated and more confused than when I started. The grading policy is inconsistent and unfair. In response to the comment below,I have all A's. Mirtha is an eccentric, interesting woman, but forget learning anything from her. Teaching just doesn't seem to be her forte.

The people who have left negative comments are the lazy type who don't apply any effort to even making it through school. Mirtha is a great teacher and the work allows us to apply concepts to the real world. I drink, smoke, apply the LEAST i can to school, and I'm still doing fine in her class because it is easy to understand, and she is GREAT.

She is very confusing. When she speaks she is all over the place and it's hard to follow. You pretty much have to teach yourself in this class. The textbook is confusing too. She is also one of those teachers who thinks they're the only class you have. AVOID!

AMAZING! I loved this woman. She is really demanded (will give you 3 projects at once) but YOU CAN DO IT! You just have to put alot of effort in. Mirtha really cares about her students

She never stays on topic and she doesn't give notes.You need to read the text book and teach yourself to understand anything, the tests aren't that difficult but the group project that takes the entire semester kill all of your free time and she demands too much for a beginning level class.

she was so hard to understand and she talks so fast and tries to make you think shes funny. Im sorry but I am paying for this class so I am not that amused. Do try to avoid her. She may be smart but she doesnt know hot to teach
