Nina is a really respected scholar in her field and has amazing insight about rhetoric and social justice issues. I've had her twice and both times were an easy A. Even though the syllabus tends to get changed a lot she's good about moving assignments around to make things easier for the students. Very flexible about makeup work and extra credit

Very nice and passionate about a variety of social justice issues, but if you take the once a week class, you tend to fall behind from her other section that meets twice a week. Use the book a little and have a few major papers. Must bring in examples of social justice activism for participation. Friendly and willing to help you.

She is very kind and an extremely sweet woman. She assigns journals occasionally and one large paper at the end of the semester for the final. Community service is required for this class. Offers a lot of insight on Los Angeles homelessness. She is a very community-oriented person with a warm soul. Always nice to talk to and offers nice discussions

Very inspiring professor. The class is really interesting, but the tests are really hard. A lot of memorization is required, but I ended up with a B+ without working super hard. No papers, which is a plus for a Comm class.

Dr. Reich made Interpersonal Comm. so fun. The class consisted of movie watching and discussion; 3 papers, 3 tests and that's it-it's all really laid out. Dr. Reich is a very awesome teacher and I would recommend taking any class that she teaches.

Very interesting class: book readings, movies, lectures, & activities well-planned and entertaining; 3 essays that are not very hard, and you can revise the first two. Tests are easy, she gives a study guide with all info needed.
