Comment:
I adored Dr. Ciolfi! Dry wit, but very funny. He does tend to get off-topic, and the only way you will do well on the tests is to read the book. His language is only difficult to understand if you aren't paying attention. Lots of real-life advice that you will actually use outside of school.

Very nice guy, though he is kind of boring. Goes off topic a lot, so be prepared to teach yourself straight out of the textbook. Study for the tests and do all the homework for an easy A.

He is a really nice guy. BUT he uses big words in the wrong ways. He barely teaches anything on the test in his lectures. I don’t recommend him. His tests are hard to understand because he uses ridiculously big words, and this is coming from someone with a 4.0. I’m not slow.

Very fun professor who is also quite smart. If you can understand how concepts behave graphically (eg what a demand curve looks like) you can ace all of his tests. He can ramble a little, but over all I learned a lot taking his class, and he's a nice guy. I got an A just by listening to his lectures and coming to class, never used the book.

If you want to learn take another teacher. He does not teach the material for the tests. Class is a waste of time. He uses big words to make himself sound important, and it has nothing to do with the subject. Nice guy but not a good teacher. You must read the book and self teach.

This professor is the best! He has very insightful tips for those who still live at home. He includes world/previous experience. Tells you what is on the test. Listen, read the book, read the book. Homework is easy.

He is a nice guy and rather entertaining. However, he hardly teaches the materials that are on the test - what he does teach doesn't seem to end up on the test. You will have to do a lot of self-teaching. Tests are not easy, studying is a must. Homework is not bad at all.

This professor is really cool, funny, and very helpful when it comes to not only class material, but real life scenarios as well. Many of these ratings say he's not a good professor. While he does go off on a tangent at times, he basically gives you the answers to the tests and even the final! It's not a hard class, easy A, for me at least.

He's a decent professor. Be prepared for him to go WAY off topic. He gives great advice for investing. Take some time to meet with him in his office for more advice on investing if you're interested. Doesn't teach material very well - be prepared to dive into the textbook.

Very nice guy but gets off topic easily. His tests are very straight forward. Make sure you attend classes prior to exams because he will go over everything on the test. He often talks about his retirement, his RV, and his granddaughter a lot so be prepared!

At first I didn't like him, but he grew on me. Yes, his classes are kinda boring and he almost always gets sidetracked, but I've def. had worse teachers. He does write on the board when he's not facing it which makes it kinda hard to understand, but its not that big of a deal. Tests easy. Follow the reviews. This is a slacker's kinda class.

This teacher was pretty good. At first I didn't really enjoy his class because he would always get very sidetracked about his wife and his RV. But he turned out to be a good teacher at the end. I enjoyed his class, it wasn't too hard and compared to my other teacher.. this one is God.

He's not a bad guy but just a little bit boring and gets sidetracked easy. He writes everything in shorthand so its hard to take any class notes. If econmics comes naturally to you hes your guy, if not i suggest another professor with a little more clarity.

Very easy going/flexible guy. Offers many xtra credit. 1st 4 exams r hard but with all the xtra credit and points he gives for explaining your answers, your guaranteed a good grade. Final exam is EASY, b/c it is the exact replica of the study sheet he gives you. Also drops the lowest of the 5 exams. 10 easy HW- graded on completion not correctness
