I am taking him right now and only have a few classes left. He has been my favorite professor so far at Richland. Everyday I enjoy going into his class and hearing his opinions and sharing mine because he looks at all the students as equals compared with him. He is very funny and brings food all the time for the students. I would highly recommend!!

Mr. Bennet is such an interesting professor. He keeps the mood light and very open to class discussion. Everything he talks about is relevant and will be on the test. He is a VERY good lecturer.

I LOVE HIM!! he is SUCH a sweet professor and he is very helpful!! I believe my year was his last year of teaching though which is super unfortunate. He bought us pizza on the last day of class and he is VERY interesting to talk to! loved the class discussions and his love for phil & logic. I miss him!!

Bob is such a sweet old man! Class is very easy if you pay attention. He gives a few bonus opportunities, worth a lot of points.(I got 40 bonus points) Allows 4 free days to miss class, after that he takes 1 point off per day. I wouldn't take anyone else for philosophy. Don't waste money on the book though.

I took Bob for my Philosophy Logic and there were roughly 8 quizzes and two tests. Possibly the most kind-hearted professor I've had since I've been in DCCCD. He has an awesome sense of humor, very interesting personality, not monotone or boring, and he's genuinely so intrigued in hearing your opinion. He sees himself as an equal to his students.

Bennett is such an awesome instructor. Took him in the fall and no h/w at all. Gives out extra credit now and then. However, his quizzes are kind of difficult- they're open notes/book BUT some of the questions are somewhat ambiguous, making them difficult to find. Just make sure you keep all handouts given in class, and you'll do fine. A-

He is so freaking cool and I'm sad I won't be taking him next semester. He is really hilarious and you start off each day with all the historical events that happened that day (Even Katy Perry's birthday XD). I'm so glad I took philosophy with him! btw, you won't need the book.

Easy A! Keep all the notes he hands out every day and you will get good grades on the tests. This guy loves to talk but he also loves to hear what his students have to say. Participation grade at the end of the year and he remembers who speaks up. Overall, he knows what he is talking about and is a good teacher. His laugh is hilarious!

Easy to understand, sometimes loses train of thought. The test questions can be a little vague, but he lets you use your text and notes on tests. Take this class if you think you might like philosophy. Great teacher overall.

The utter personification of what one would imagine a philosopher to look like. He's like a pocket siezed Socrates! Great class - easy work - tons of extra credit potential. You can't help but have a good time in this class, and you learn things to boot! You would be doing yourself a great disservice in not taking this professor.
