The best professor I had while attending Skidmore. He challenged the class and most everyone was up for the challenge. As in earlier comments, you either get him or you don't. Dr. Meyers gives back in multiples relative to your interest and effort. Work a little, learn a little. Work a lot and he will lead you to amazing new heights.

While I'm sure if I'd taken a higher-level class with Prof. Meyers, things might have been different, Biology of the Mind was probably one of my least favorite classes at Skidmore. He mumbled through the lectures, and he didn't seem very interested in teaching lower-level science students.

He manages to take a subject that I love to learn about and make it completely boring. I was really excited for the class because I love the subject but he ruins it. His voice is monotone and he makes everything more confusing than it needs to be. I'm just teaching myself what I need to know from the text book.

I took Biology of The Mind with Prof. Meyers. He is very smart, but seems like he would be a better teacher for more classes that were more intense - seems bored by the basics of biology and therefore makes the class confusing and boring.
