Comment:

Marcus is a great teacher. I never meet him in person. There is a Lab report that needs to be done every week, which is exhausting, but it's not hard. Also, many extra points opportunities you should take because it's essential since the four exams were not easy to pass. However, I hate the quiz grading on the Cengage webpage.

Really nice guy. Online class entails weekly labs (which can be somewhat extensive), discussion postings (with peer responses), and a good amount of reading. He makes study guides, and you will pass the 4 exams if you study them top to bottom.

This was the first online class I ever took. He was very clear in his instructions and very responsive to emails. I never met him in person, but from his messages/instructions/feedback, you could tell he was a pretty great guy. I also found this class super interesting. I would definitely encourage anyone to take him.

I really enjoyed how this class is broken up. Only had exams over a few weeks at a time, never cumulative. I took it over the summer so it was more work in a shorter period of time, but still manageable. Overall really easy.

Great professor, good lectures, test questions are hinted at in the lectures if you pay attention you'll get an A. Labs for this class are not bad, instructor gives links to answers so you learn about the topic and don't spend all your time trying to find answers.

Marcus is amazing! You do not need the book unless you're taking Zoology. He makes his own PowerPoint on everything you need to know and gives study guides. If he doesn't talk about it, he's not going to test you on it. I also chose him as my advisor. He's an all-around awesome guy and will go above and beyond. Plus he's not bad to look at.

This professor made learning fun. He put his own personal spin on the class. Important to use the Lectures when studying and reading the captions below. This class has a lot of labs, but are very feasible to keep up with. I would definitely take this instructor again!

I don't think I've ever been sad for a class to be done at the end of the semester until now. I loved this class and he is an amazing professor! He uses powerpoints, which I wasn't too sure of at first, but he really goes above and beyond to make sure you stay engaged in his lecture. He has a quirky sense of humor, I wish he taught more classes!

This instructor is fantastic. I took the online course and it's by far the most interesting course I've taken. He creates wonderful, easy to understand lectures. If you read those, you won't need the textbook. His exams are more than multiple choice, so I did wind up studying more than usual.

Marcus is a great teacher! I took this class online despite people saying it was a tough class. It's not. Read the lecture notes and study them. It's all on the tests. Tests are very to the point. Taken in assessment center. I loved the labs, they were fun. I highly recommend this prof to anybody. He is orgainzed on Angel and grades fast.

Great teacher but I dont know what all these other posters are thinking. He is not by any means an easy teacher of easy class. I took his class because this site said he was an awsome teacher. Highly recommend this professor. Very good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. The class was easy (I 4-pointed with little effort). His ppts and study guides made passing tests a cinch. We had a sub once and she was terrible compared to this guy. He was my favorite teacher at LCC so far. TAKE BIO 120 FROM WASILEVICH!

Marcus is amazing! I loved this class. I took it hybrid, but I'm sure the online version would be just as easy. He's a fun guy and his tests (4 a semester) come right off his powerpoints (which are interesting!). Don't buy the book!!
