I would like to say, this professor is so ridiculous. He turns apathetic when you bring problems to his office. If the professor doesn't answer the question that student raises, then what's the purpose of teaching????

Graneri is a very hard proff. His tests are tough and he grades very hard. But in order to succeed you need to go to his office and ask questions. He cared about your learning but he wants to see effort and hard work.

He's a graduate level prof who doesn't know how to teach to underclassmen. He talked down to us when asked questions and treated us like we knew nothing, but sometimes the simplification was needed. Took off an insane amount of points for small things and wasn't clear on specifics for grading. Surprised I passed.

He gave pop quizzes due an hour before class which only opened the morning of. I can't count the number of times we got to class and he asked "How did everyone do on the quizz?" followed by half the class groaning since they forgot. No makeup work either. He was also difficult to understand, so most people stayed after class for clarification.

This class was bad enough, with homework we could barely do, pop quizzes that were difficult, and very little partial credit. Then, he emailed us at the last second that our "test final" was actually comprehensive, AFTER we couldn't complain about it to the department. Kinda okay as a guy, but DO NOT RECOMMEND AS A PROF.

Granieri is an amazing professor. I had a very poor physics teacher in high school so I had little to no knowledge of physics going in. Granieri takes his time helping you learn every subject the right way because he assumes that everyone was either taught incorrectly by their high school teachers or knows nothing.

The class is good. I was confused because of his accent in the first few days, but I get used to that after. It may be hard for students who never learned the related things before to get an A. But if you have learned that, it should not be hard.

Sometimes his accent makes it difficult to understand lectures, so you need to read the book, but there is no set book, so you read what you can from what you have and panic. He also grades extra tough. No partial credit. But students end up so afraid of him that they try really hard in his class, so thats good.

I took him for PH113 lab, and I highly do not recommend him. He is very unclear when it comes to what he wants, and he is a very hard grader. For just a few mistakes, you will already be at or under an 80%.

Professor Granieri is a great teacher. He makes us laugh almost every day. The exams are simple if you go to the review sessions and pay attention in class and understand what you are doing. He uses Mastering Physics and Homework is due once a week. He also gave us a candy cane on our exam that was right before Christmas break.

Had this guy for lab. He is an easy grader on labs, but requires error propagation. He also gets kind of angry when students don't read the lab manual so be sure that you do that if you take his class. He also doesn't like to answer questions at all, but he will eventually answer if you do ask. Expect some ridicule for your foolish question.

So what if he has an accent? Dr. Granieri is one of the most intelligent professors at Rose. Folks say he's a tough grader, but people don't take physics classes for an easy A. About error propagation; what's the point of taking data if you can't even show how good it is? He teaches straight from the book and recycles exam questions.

Dr. Granieri is a great professor. He is a harsh grader, but will explain what you got wrong if you ask him. You have to work very hard in his class to get a good grade but you will learn the material well. I visited his office a lot to get help and he is very good at explaining concepts. He seem intimidating, but don't be afraid to ask for help.

Granieri is a middle of the road physics professor. He is alright at explaining the material, but he is an extremely harsh grader with partial credit points few and far between. He never gives quizzes in class which is nice, and homework is weekly only. Paying attention in class is painful sometimes, but he explains things well if you talk to him.

He is a great professor. He knows what he is doing and almost never makes mistakes when doing problems on the board. He is a little tough on grading, but as long as you put forth the effort on your end he will prepare you for all of his tests and the final exam.

Granieri was an excellent prof once you got used to his teaching style, which was relatively easy. He took great interest in seeing us do good and probed us to learn more and ask questions. He identified what each student needed. If you show interest in his class, you'll do great.
