His class is extremely boring. He is easy enough though: no homework, 2-3 very simple papers. He's passionate about the material, but his lectures are not all that great. His handouts give very little information. If you want an engaging class, I'd recommend another teacher. He also cancels class a lot, as well. Do not buy the book, it's not needed

This is the most adorable man in the entire world. And the best professor I have ever had. I had to take this class for my major but he made me love it. He gives out 3 papers the entire year. They're really easy you don't even need to take notes for them. Hes hilarious and if you just write down what he tells u and put it in your paper your golden.

Like everyones saying he is a really nice guy. The class itself will bore you to hell but because he's so fascinated by it and knows his stuff well it can be pretty interesting. Overall i recommend this class. Dont buy the book though you wont use it

This guy's awesome. He happens to be a very talented artist, just google his name and see for yourself. He really really knows his stuff so pay attention. He also tells some funny stories. Just ask him about his prom night. Great teacher, even greater learning experience.

dont buy the books, i never used them. great teacher, can use notes on quizzes, doesnt give out any tests. advice: write down everything he says of the characteristics of the style, then reverberate on quizzes and midterm : guaranteed A

I think he is soo cool. There is never anyhomework, just a few papers. HE is very funny, in a Ben Stein sort of way, it is my favorite class. I could never fall asleep in his class.
