Avoid her at all costs. She is confusing,and uncaring. She Lecture not teach!!! She acts like you should know the material. I invested 65hours in her classes,learning vented,and the math lab total. AVIOD HER!!!!!

Comment:

Lots of homework and a quiz every weekend. The instructor gave plenty of practice before the tests and as long as you do all of the homework, practice quizzes, and quizzes this is an easy A. The final was also very easy (but I did invest 61+ hours in MyMathLab) I will take her again for math.

Speed teaches. Does all of her lessons on the overhead. I'm barely passing her class because of her poor teaching method and speed teaching. She expects the students to know how to solve a problem before she shows the class (not really showing, more like doing). Tests are hard. If you have trouble in math, don't take this class. You'll regret it.

She uses the word "pieces," non- stop.She will put you to sleep. I felt rude for yawning so much. She acts like she has something against her students in that if they do good, she is not happy. She is an awesome teacher. I had taken the particular class and dropped it twice before i took it with her, I suck at math and always have and I got a A in her class. If you dont understand a certain method she will give an alternative. As long as you show up and do the homework you should do fine. She also doesnt make you stay after tests!

Very structured lectures, easy to follow notes. In class problems, helped. Homework relevant to tests. Very fast paced, so don't fall behind in your homework. You may run out of time on her tests if you are slow at math. I wish she taught calculus.

She is a great teacher and she is really cool. I love her grading!! Only 4 tests the whole semester..no quizzes so you can miss a class and its pretty easy just do some homework & if you get the concept & dont forget you will get an easy A!

Wonderful math teacher. Made equations simple and understandable. There were math problems I hadn't gotten for years and after hearing her explain them step by step, everything fell into place. Very helpful and an easy class as long as you show up and participate.

Great teacher. I am not a strong math student, and she made me feel more confident in myself, and was extreremly helpful. Taught everything in a way you can understand, goes above and beyond for her students. This is the type of teahcer that are rare in the education system.

Comment:

She does move very quickly so keep up with her lecture. I really liked the partial credit she gave on tests, even if the answer is wrong. When I asked questions in class though, she was very snappy & rude when giving the answer, makes you feel dumb in front of the class. Not strong in math? Take Sustarsic, she teaches you little tricks & shortcuts.
