I really struggled in ACC 1 (with a different professor) but he is a great ACC 2 professor, there is one homework assignment due the start of each exam and they are really helpful study tools before the exams anyway. If you show up and do your work you can definitely make an A or B in principles ACC 2.

Comment:

Accounting 2 is a hard class but he's a solid professor to take for it. Very lecture heavy and is only graded by tests and the Wiley homework. He provides filled-in notes for the class which is where he pulls info for the test from so no need to read the book.

Comment:

This was the best professor that I have had at Appalachian. I did not find that he played favorites at all. I kept quiet during the classes but found him helpful when I went to his office. He provides everything that will be on tests in the handouts that he gives. He is fair with grading and gives partial credit for problems.

Forsyth is a really nice, smart guy and a great teacher. Accounting is hard but he really understands it and conveys the information very well. His handouts are very informative.

Great Teacher. Class is very demanding, must keep up with work from the outset of the class. Forsyth is very helpful, if you make the choice to get it. Some say he picks favorites, he only likes those who bust their butt to do well. Don't slack off
