Hes a really cool guy. I will say he is a really easy A but if you actually care about the subject you are learning, you will do the work regardless of how easy he grades. His lectures are really interesting and keep you interested. Our semester turned online after the pandemic and it really ruined the vibes of the class.

Went to Drexel University with Tom light years ago as a Physics student. My progress in math was interrupted by life. However, the writing on the wall was clear even then that Tom would be a fine professor. Good to hear he is still carrying the torch.

Prof. Osler is great! If you are looking for an easy A then he is your guy. Very lenient. Hardly, grades his exams. It worked out great for me as I was taking his math class as an elective and needed an easy A.

He's almost 80 years old and hilariously antiquated. He comes in wearing rockstar outfits everyday, he can barely see a foot in front of him, and he's just a lunatic all around. Dr. Osler! That said, his class was great and I really enjoyed it. He is a lenient grader and teaches Diff Eq in a really fun way. I wish I had taken more of his classes!

Professor Osler is very passionate about mathematics and teaches it well. However, we move through the material slowly and I feel that I didn't learn as much as I would from a professor that moves at a faster pace. If you want an easy, but good professor, definitely take him. If you are looking for a bit of a challenge, look elsewhere.

Osler is okay. The lessons range from boring to pretty interesting. Make sure you take THOROUGH notes on the Math problems he presents in class, because they will be a MAJOR part of the exams. I had a lot of trouble on these problems and it lowered my grade.

Osler is a good teacher you can tell he has been doing this teaching thing way to long but hes a cool guy ....he takes pictures of all the students which is creepy but ... idk he tries to stay entertianed i guess...but overall the class is easy and he always gives hw..the only trouble is staying awake....and u need a backround of at least algebra 2

He teaches some neat and interesting stuff, but it is a complete and total waste of time to do all the work. There are no tests, he just makes you do a bunch of handwritten crap and if you do it all you get an A. Cant believe it is the same amount of credits as ODE, Modern, and Real. Doesnt get any easier than This.

This man makes math interesting. The only math teacher who somehow takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, spends extra time when needed, and still makes it through the full course plan and has extra time at the end of the semester. A truly great example of teaching excellence. Take ANY course with him. (but, you still have to do the work.)
