Awesome teacher! I love that he doesn't require a textbook. Very easy to understand. All tests were open notes. He gives feedback on the papers before they are due so you can go back and fix whatever and get a good grade. Really laid back. Would def recommend and take again.

Love this professor! He's so relaxed and he loves to joke around. Class couldn't get much simpler: just show up, figure out what essay you have to write, write the essay, turn it in, repeat. Too easy!

Mr. Williams is an awesome dude. He's super laid back and just goes with the flow. Everything he talks about is super easy to understand and he makes it fun. There are only 4 essay papers to write during the course, but they are super easy and as long as they are all turned in before the end of the semester you'll be fine! Take him!!!!

Dr.William Has been by far on of the best teacher that I have had @ Tcc. He cares about the students and is a very passionate teacher. I would recommend him quickly and will def take him again. As a english teacher he made me look inside myself and learn something new. through writing.

Awesome professor, awesome class. Tom Williams connects with his students. The classes fly by, because he makes it so interesting. He gives you choices of assignments rather than tests which just rely on memorization. He is a great person and a great teacher.

English Literature- Slackest class/teacher @ TCC! Did not care about attendance, no due dates on papers. Open notebook tests. No need to buy book either. He is knowledgeble about the material, although I did not feel challenged. Classes were cancelled a few times and movies were shown too

Easy A. However, I got a B. No deadlines really did me in and I ended up procrastinating. I wouldn't have learned much if I hadn't, but probably would've scored higher. Recommend if you need the easy A. He's very approachable and is probably willing to help those who need it.

If you're interested in an easy A, his is the class to take. Word to the wise, keep a record of your grades as when they were posted online, it said I had failed, when in actuality, I maintained an A/B on every assignment with perfect attendance. Easy fix. Very laid back, a bit dissociated however, willing to work with you after class if need be.
