AVOID! Save yourself from this crazy woman. She has no idea what she is doing. If you ask how you're doing in class, she won't say. Then out of nowhere she'll give you a bad grade. She's mean-spirited. She's bitter, probaby because her poetry is terrible. She's angry at the world and takes it out on her students.Don't get in the way of her wrath.

first drafts always a must, sometimes seconds. she gives lots of feedback; suggestions, critiques, etc. she's interested in students improving their writing - not getting them to "pass the class." she's better with advanced writing courses.

Worst teacher I have had every. I came to SC looking for a quality education. This is a writing teacher who uses words like "Commonist" in her vocabular. (Word does not exist) And frequently spells words wrong. Watch out for her ego cause its through the friggen roof!Its teachers like her that makes writting a chore rather than a responsability.

She is wretched! She is very unclear in her assignments, and she does not teach, she gives assignements without any instruction, and gives bad grades. She is horrible and i would not reccomend to anyone. Also the ego is unbearable.
